Are there rules as to how often you can post - as often as I want or once a week?
Could someone clarify it for me?
Thank you

Hi, I am not an authority on here, just someone who has time on their hands at the mo.
As far as I know you can post items OFFERED as many times as you like in any period providing you obviously stick to the rules IE no guns, alcohol based items, livestock, pornographic items etc etc. As far as WANTED postings I think it's a limit of 1-3 per month and you have to post a couple of OFFERED first to make it fair.
I'm sure J & J (Mods) will put you right if I am wrong (eventually )

Hi
Am here (eventually)!!
Thanks Kev for holding the fort and answering the question. Not bad!
You can offer as many items as you want as many times a week as you want but as already stated I limit wanted messages to 3 per month and it is not essential but I do prefer someone offers something first, just to keep in with the spirit of what Freecycle is all about.
If you know you have numerous items to offer I do ask (and I will be posting an Admin message soon to remind people of this) that you post under 'Various' and thenlist your items in the body of the message as I get many complaints about the volume of messages and this is one way to cut them down. Same with wanted posts, if you are asking for a couple of things, lump them under one heading but it will still count towards your permitted 3.
Hope this answers your question and feel free to ask if you need any more help, I do check here frequently and am trying to visit these boards every day at least once, more if I can.
Jules

Thank you for clarifying this.
I have sent an e-mail via Outlook express to the owner could you let me know whether you receive it?
Thanks
